WEEK IN REVIEW

Well this week was actually very un eventfull,I do caregiving part time but not having much luck getting new clients, its tough but I'm still chugging along.
Also been reaching out to sponsors for some contest finical help, We all know how that goes its tough.
Been also slacking a little ,I slept for 3 days straight just trying to find my MOJO again.

I always try to take it day to day and make the best of each one ,but its tough at time.

I am still waiting for that one company to really give me a chance and prove what I can really do .I strongly feel I belong on tour and will continue to fight till I get there .
I'm not one to listen to the negativity, that just ads fuel to my fire and want it that much more.
I know I can take down guys that are on tour and doing well, I have done it before.

I did the 1st WSA event and it didn't go like I was hoping, I like to win the 1st event of the yr,

 

 

 

 

but I ended up taking 3rd.
That means I need to train harder.

So with all that being said. I do appreciate all those people who do support me and believe in me.You make everything worth it.

That was last week ,Lets see if I can make this week a great one.

Happy Monday everyone its been awhile but im back, Ready to share my ups and downs with u again.
Nothing to new ,just trying to revamp everything and start out fresh.
Was crowned the 2012-2013 West Coast Champ and USA champ,
That's about it.

Happy Sunday everyone

Hope your having a great weekend,Well lets see i just competed in the 5th WSA tour event of the yr and lets just say Pluey has done it again 5 in row,I'm very shocked but super excited.Its the 1st time it has been done yee ha.

Not to mention i had a Win last weekend at the CSF Freedom tour surfer series event #1.

Back to yesterday i got up early ready to do battle even though i woke up to a cold 28 degree chill.Got to the beach and got my jersey and paddled out for my 1st heat got some solid waves and won the heat and was able to keep the momentum through the day to Clinch my 5th win a row.

it also has put me in such a huge point lead that i have 90% sealed another West Coast title.This would make it my 3rd in a row and that much closer to compete for another USA 2013 title. So lets keep are fingers crossed.

I wanted to thank all of you for your continuous support .With out you it would make it very difficult.

I look forward to the new yr and will continue to KICK ASS.

Pluey wins Event # 4

Happy Weekend,
Had a great weekend at the 4th stop of the WSA surf tour held at Oceanside Harbor in 3-5 fun peaky conditions.
This making it 4 wins in a row super amped.

Well Pluey has done it again 3 wins in a row.

WSA event # 4 was held down in Mission Beach Ca in some crazy surf.I knew the day before the event the weather was going to be a bit  crazy since it had rained and been windy the day before ,but little did i knoiw it was going to windier.

I woke up at 6am and looked out the window and saw it was overcast and really windy but i didnt let it discourage me i was so excited to be competing again it had been over a month so i was just super amped.

My shaper and good friend Jeff picked me up and we headed down to the comp .it was rainy and windy so we werent sure what to expect.

We arrived at the event at 7:00 and to are dismay it was 25 plus mile an hr winds and very choppy about 3-6ft storm surf.

My 1st heat was coming up at 8am i got ready checked in and paddled out for my 1st heat in the crazy conditions.I got my  1st wave and got a good score of a 7.0 and backed it up with another good score and took the heat win.

I came in super amped and just wanting to get back out there and get some more waves.

Thank god the water was warmer than the air ,but the rip was really strong and sucking us down the beach.

I surfed 5 more times that day and the wind got stronger and stronger ,the sun did come out though which was a plus..

Every heat got better and better score wise for me .I made the finals and i was just so fired up.

I got ready for my Final,Walked down to check in and size up my fellow finalist and just had that feeling i was going to paddle out and put everything into the final.I waited for the horn and paddled as hard as i could caught the waves i needed to take my 3rd win in a row .I was so stoked to say the least.Now i just need to keep the momentum going for the rest of the yr.
